I am currently working as an employee of a private company. In
my spare time, I usually spend in the gym for body building and health. I
joined at the Mega Gym Club. Because I love to teach and since I am also have a
fitness hobby then I want to help anyone for an effective fitness program, as a
Freelance Personal Fitness Trainer.
Many of my friends who actually want fitness to form a
healthy body, but until now the intention has not been implemented. Here are
some of the obstacles and considerations that make it difficult to start the first
fitness for beginners:
1. No friends
Usually we are reluctant to do something new when there is
no friend or no one we do not know. Strange and unconfident feelings arise. But
do not worry, while in the gym, the presence of a friend as a friend to speak
is not very influential, because fitness is an individual sport, so we can do
it alone.
2. Feelings of shame / low self
Naturally, if this feeling of shame / low self emerged when
entering the fitness club, especially for the first time. The thought in this
brain must be all the negative, like my body is too thin, my body is not
muscular, my body fat, my body a lot of fat, I'm ugly, I lost pretty, I lost
handsome, and so forth. All these feelings are natural but must be resisted.
Believe that every human being is created by God with their respective
advantages, consciously or not yet realized by us.
3. Do not know how to use the tool
Fitness tools for beginner members can be seen as something
extraordinary and horrible. Because do not know how to use the tool, finally
chose to use the tools that are common, such as tread mill, cycling and barbell
only.
4. Fear of injury
Because do not know how to use the tool, then the feeling of
fear of injury. So the exercise becomes ineffective and the tools and loads
used are very limited.
5. Expensive Cost
Seeing the location of the gym that looks luxurious, it is
thought that the cost of fitness membership is very expensive and expensive
personal trainer services. Not to mention the discipline that must be run into
a frightening specter for some people. For beginner members, the advanced
Personal Trainer level is not required because the service charge is more
expensive.
All the obstacles that I had experienced at the time will
start the first fitness. Therefore I want to help my friends for an effective
fitness program as a Freelance Personal Trainer.
